Bride and I saw it over the weekend. I pretty much agree with The Colonel's review over on his personal site, but would maybe rate it a half-star less.
Loved the action, thought they could have used a military advisor, and was bummed they excised Cappie's cameo. Checklist of things I wanted (and received):
-Hulk uses twisted plates of metal as shields/attack blades? Check.
-Hulk tears a car in half and uses it as boxing gloves? Check.
-Hulk chucks human beings around like rag dolls? Check.
-Hulk goes toe-to-toe with a being whose power rivals (or exceeds, at least until the jade juggernaut gets angry) his own? Check.
-Hulk smash? Check.
One gripe: could have used MORE smashing, but then, I guess you have to leave 'em wanting more.

I was rather surprised that I enjoyed this one as well (I never bothered to see Ang Lee's Hulk (2003), as I kept hearing dismal/mediocre reviews from friends).
Norton was great, my only gripe was Liv Tyler's character (two hours of wide teary eyes and her sniffling out "B-B-Bruce!", although it's perfectly possible that Betty Ross is a two-dimensional character-- I really don't know a whole lot about the Hulk-verse)
