HBO's new show about a psychiatrist and his patients airs tonight, with a new episode tomorrow. And Wednesday, and Thursday, and Friday.
This thing isn't a miniseries. It's a series that airs five nights a week for nine weeks, with each weekday's episode spotlighting a different therapy patient (Every monday will feature character A's weekly session, every Tuesday character B, etc.).
I think I'll tune in because of a) the writer's strike has transformed prime time into an even-more-barren wastier-land, b) you've got to take your hat off for the high concept, and c) Gabriel Byrne is the lead, and we have to support the 'bruthas.'
Thoughts? Anybody else planning on watching?
