There is now a purpose of sorts to an element of second life - the i am legend promotion.

The SL game has about as much substance as the movie. Its shite. But its worth a look just so you can say you've checked it out and thought it was shite.

Maybe its cos I kept dying that I didnt like it. I chose to be a survivor but due to lag it very hard to shoot a moving target.
