blu ray dvd in the lead?????

there are some reports that blu ray is outselling hd 2:1, is this true?

James, is it true that voters in Oz can be fined if they fail to vote? In a way I wish we'd do the same in the U.S., but then I think about my interactions with most of the folks who'd be touched by such a policy, and I start wishing we'd go back to having a property ownership requirement to enter the polls. . .

yeah its true but its not a good thing, people should have a right not to vote. and the other thing is not everyone should vote, god if everyone in america voted how long would it be before there would be president 50cent, youve already had a close call with an actor . but seriously we shouldnt expect everone to vote because people have a right to not be involved in a decision that is only going to screw them anyway. governments are a thing of the past and it wont be long before a new form of democracy takes over, where the president will be doing the job so he can impact change and create a new, and strong, and independent united states. the first step is stop paying them so much, 50,000 a year is plenty because if they are only doing it for the love of the money instead of the love of the country you guys are on the short road to being the next rome, and we all know how that ended. At this moment the United States has a great oppurtunity to becoming a stong leader for this world, and i hope your next president will be the leader you guys deserve, as long as its not al gore

I wish they'd pay the President even more. Wouldn't bother me a bit. I just wish that the selection process wasn't so hopelessly weighted towards the lunatic fringe on both the left and the right.

Well, as far as I'm concerned (and I hate to admit it considering I'm a proud 360 man), Blu-Ray HAS won. Look at the figures:

Japan: 96% of the market share is Blu-Ray
Europe: Roughly 67% i think
America: Roughly Even, with Bluray slightly ahead on the player side.

I don't know if it'd be worth the money for the HD-DVD group to try and make a come-back from those sorts of numbers.
