Live streaming would be nice except that those of us at work who arent supposed to stream stuff are SOL.
That tv links website is pretty cool - I checked out The Office. The aspect ratio is a bit off, but that didn't bother me.
I can't say that I was a big fan of Cally, but I never got the idea that she was losing her mind because of the baby. Was that the idea I was supposed to get? Because that's not what I got.

I didn't think much of this week's BSG. All filler, very little killer. Bride says she has lost interest in the plight of Adama and his crew.
Dr. Who, on the other hand, was excellent. In the States, we're a bit behind, and saw the Pompeii episode. Great.

Now, who do you all think the fifth cylon is?
Well it cannot be the pres or the admiral. My top two votes go to Baltar or Lee.
Ill tell you why it almost has to be Lee. He is a vital character and it would "matter" more with his relationship between his dad and Starbuck (which would also make Starbuck a toaster magnet because she has had two cylons fall in love with her, Lee would make 3). He is in prime position being on the cabinet or whatever it is now close to the president. And my final argument.... who else could it be? Everyone else is minor or just wouldnt fit.
Like Baltar would not fit. He "wants" too much to be one and having cyclons fall in love with one another is kinda lame and defeats the purpose of the show (i.e. him and six).

Baltor or Lee is a bit too obvious isn't it.
IMO, they are all Cylons, and only Baltor is Human

Yeah, there is going to HAVE to be some outlandish twist. It won't just be, 'OMFG! Hot Dog was the fifth cylon all along! LOLS!'
There will be some shocking reveal akin to when we discovered Sharon was a skinjob, or the toasters marching down the street of the human settlement on New Caprica.

That would be the God/Gods way of royally f*cking him over. The biggest Cylon fanboy in BSG is the only one that doesn't get to be a Cylon.
Actually, come to think of it, I kind of like the idea of Baltar being screwed over like that. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy.
(Incidentally, one of my favourite scenes in the show was when Baltar was pistol whipped into unconsciousness by Tyrol.)

If they go that way, they should do something completely ridiculous like bring back Boxey- who was hiding in the airducts all this time-- and make HIM a Cylon.

This last episode was Brilliant.
Helo has become one of my favorite characters in the series. Ever since fat Adama, Apollo went downhill as a fav.
I feel the same way, esp with the Helo bit. I used to really dislike him when he first appeared back in Season 1, but he's gotten SO much better since then (he works especially well as the 'voice of reason' on the Demetrius).

I'm not really feeling this whole 'S.S. Sewage-shaker' storyline like I thought I would. I did enjoy the ***SPOILERS AHEAD*** showdown(s) in the landing bay this week, and will probably watch the ep. again this evening or tomorrow.
All that stuff with Major Kira, er, Nana Visitor left me cold.

Yeah Bruce, that is kinda cool. Sort of Starship Troopers-y, though. I've been meaning to make a BSG style altered book. I'll get to it someday!
Okay, so I was just thinking: You know what I hate about the BSG podcasts? Ol' Whatsisname records it at his house (and makes much too big a deal over what it is he's relaxing with - what drink and what cigar) but you can hear his dog walking around. When I was first listening to it, I kept thinking it was my dog and kept jumping up to check on her. Grrr! Too distracting.
So no more guesses about who is the 5th Cylon? Hmmm?

Gaeta is the fifth cylon. Who else could it be?

First of all, SciFi actors show-jumping can be very unsettling. Stargate seemed to do it okay with Ben and Claudia, but that whole Lexa Doig thing was just wrong. I'm with you on the Nana Visitor feeling. Too samey, and I was never a big DS9 fan anyway. "hey, let's give her a weird earring and some nasal ridges and now she's alien!" So lazy.
Second of all, where were they trying to go with the whole cancer/dying plotline with Nana Visitor? It seemed gratuitous. I learned nothing about anything from it.

So what does everyone think of the finale? Haven't listened to episode 58 yet, but I'm dying to know what The Colonel and Mark thought. And was that the Brooklyn Bridge at the end? 'Roll the hard six,' eh?
