As you can see from my Gamertag, I like my 360. Anyone else play online? I really like COD4 and Rainbow 6 Vegas.
Anyone interested in swopping gamertags? _________________

I'm planning on getting one in the next month, mainly for the HD-DVD player.
Further bulletins as events warrant. _________________ ***

Been thinking of getting one for a while, is it worth the pricetag? _________________ Duffman's pension has been mis-managed...ooooh yeah!

I got mine on Friday but it's still down at home. I was making a good crack at trying to finish Halo 3 and made a start on Assassins Creed too. I'm gonna pick up Oblivion (I already have it for PC but I'm bring the 360 down to college) during the week and probably PGR4 for my racing bug.
My gametag is: superhobo30
if anyone wants to add me. _________________

OK, which 'bundle' should I buy: the XBOX 360 Arcade, plus the HD-DVD add-on, or what? _________________ ***

There are a couple of good arcade games but ask yourself, did you get an xbox 160 to play 8bit/16bit games? Of course not!
I havent invested in the laserdisc add on, oops i mean the HD-DVD yet but i believe its good value _________________

1. You have to buy an add-on for roughly €130 to play HD-DVD's (But it works with your pc as well, so i guess it sort of makes economic sense to me)
2. It costs nothing to registar but roughly €55 a year to play online (extortionate I know, but sony is soon to be following suit and I dare you to find an easier online multiplayer experience than xbox live)
3. Most models have hdmi output now, except arcade I think.
4. It's as loud as a quiet PC. Contrary to popular belief, it's no the fan that makes all the noise, it's the disk drive. _________________

in honesty i like the xbox, its a very good system, but in the end i held out and bought a playstation 3 for $700 au. the online play is seamless, the bluray player is great and i dont have to buy any add ons (nearly all bluetooth headsets work) Its only 40 gig but i can always upgrade that with any harddrive from any computer store (allthough 40 gig is a heaps)
so why should bruce or anyone else commit to xbox. its more expensive, older, less user friendly. _________________ 'just when they think they have all the answers, i change the questions' rowdy roddy piper
